What It Takes From Your Side

You decide what has to be said and who says it, and we tell you when a message isn’t ready yet.

We put your own people on camera rather than a presenter nobody in the company knows. A workforce believes the faces it recognizes, and the Institute of Internal Communication found in 2024 that a third of employees don’t trust a leadership message developed with AI.

Four things set the price, and all four are your call:

  • Live or recorded. A broadcast needs a crew on the day.
  • Recording days. One, or a rhythm across the year.
  • Languages. Interpreting live, subtitles after, or both.
  • Once or repeating. The first production sets it all up.

FAQ

Good to Know

Could we not just run this on Microsoft Teams ourselves?

For a short update to one team, often yes. What’s hard is presenting and producing at once. While the chief executive talks, somebody has to watch the stream, cut between speaker and slides, moderate questions, and mind the interpreter. That’s the part we take.

What does it cost?

Live or recorded, how many recording days, how many languages, once or repeating. Tell us what has to be communicated and to whom, and you get a scope with a price.

Do we have to start with something big?

No. One leadership video, one town hall, or one expert on camera is a normal way to start. Once the format exists, the next one takes a topic list and a date.

Our executives have never done this. Will they be all right on camera?

That’s where nearly every leader we film starts. Every speaker rehearses the full setup beforehand, and a director on the day says when the message isn’t getting through. 9 of 10 executive videos are approved at the first cut.

What happens if something fails during the broadcast?

We plan for it beforehand. Where the venue’s connection is unreliable we bring our own, and the equipment that matters is doubled, so a problem reaches us before it reaches the stream. The session records locally throughout, so you get it whatever the connection does.

Where do you produce, and do you travel?

At your offices, at your production sites, or in our Zurich studio. We work across Switzerland: Zurich, Basel, Bern, Zug, Geneva, and Lausanne. We travel to Germany and Austria, and further when a client asks.

Will our IT team have to change anything?

No. We broadcast into the platform your company already runs on, your security policies apply, and nobody has to install software. Before anything gets built, we agree with your IT colleagues who owns which part.

Does our workforce need to share one language?

No. Live interpreting during the broadcast, subtitles and transcripts afterwards, and for a course, the module recorded again in that language. One production covers every country you operate in.

How far ahead do we have to book a town hall?

Clients usually decide two to four months ahead, which is what executive calendars, venues, and interpreters need. When something can’t wait, we can be ready within a week.

Who owns the recordings, and can you work under our NDA?

You do, with no expiry and no repeat fee. We sign your NDA before production starts. A lot of what we record is still confidential on the day, and nothing leaves us before you release it.

Can you work alongside our event agency and our audiovisual supplier?

Yes. Before the day we settle with them and the venue who owns content, stage technology, and cameras, so nothing gets discovered at seven in the morning.
