What You Get

Your Experts on Camera

The people who own the subject teach it themselves; we coach them. That is the version employees believe.

A Course Plan

The modules, what each one teaches, and who teaches it, agreed with you before the first recording day.

Modules You Can Replace

When a rule or a procedure changes, we re-record that one module. The rest of the course stays as it is.

One Course, Every Country

Subtitles and transcripts per module, or the module recorded again in that language. One production covers every country you operate in.

Knowledge Checks

Questions at the end of a module, when you need proof that people understood it.

Short Modules

Each module covers one point, so people can watch it in a break and come back to it later.

When You Need a Course

Compliance Training

A policy everyone has to be trained on, with a record that they were.

A Changed Procedure

Everyone working to the new version has to see it before the next audit.

Regulatory Updates

A new rule that has to be explained the same way at every site and in every country.

Onboarding

More new people arrive than one trainer can take through the same session.

Product and Customer Training

The product has grown past what a manual can explain, and customers and partners need training on it.

Leadership Programmes

A way of leading that has to reach every manager in the same words.

Who Teaches It

An employee watching a mandatory course works out whether the person on screen does this work or was hired to read it out. An AI-generated narrator tells them the company outsourced the explanation, and everything after that counts for less.

Your head of quality explaining the deviation process is the version people believe, because she’s the one they call when they hit a deviation. She’s also harder to film than an actor. Making her watchable is the work.

Designed by a Teacher

A course is a teaching job before it is a video job. Stefanie Hetjens has the Swiss federal qualification for adult trainers. She taught for five years at Zurich colleges and gave more than 4,000 lessons. At WISS School she designed the modules she taught.

She runs the workshop where you decide your course: who it’s for, what people should be able to do afterwards, how it splits into modules, and who teaches each one. At G+D Netcetera each specialist learned the format in one three-hour workshop.

What We Handle

One team, from the course plan to the last finished module.

Course Concept

Audience, outcomes, module structure, and who teaches what.

Scripts

A script per module, written with your expert so it still sounds like them.

Expert Coaching

Preparation and direction for people who know the subject and have never taught on camera.

Recording

We build the set, light it, and record with teleprompter and direction, at your offices or in our Zurich studio.

Editing and Versions

The cut, graphics and on-screen text, subtitles, transcripts, chapters, and language versions.

Delivery

Finished files handed over, or uploaded to your platform.

Two Ways to Work Together

Bring your own concept, and we produce it. Without one, the Production Concept workshop settles what the course has to teach.

Full Course

We design it with you, then produce it.

  • The workshop: audience, modules, and who teaches what
  • A script per module, written with your expert
  • Coaching, recording, editing, and language versions
  • Knowledge checks, where you want them
  • Delivery, to your platform or as files

Production Only

You bring the concept and the scripts.

  • A production plan for every module we record
  • Coaching of your experts to present on camera
  • Professional recording at your offices or in our Zurich studio
  • Post-production: editing, motion graphics, and subtitles
  • Delivery, to your platform or as files

How We Work

01

Production Concept

The workshop that decides what the course has to achieve and who teaches it. Bookable on its own.

02

Production & Shoot

We record several modules in one setup, so the last one matches the first.

03

Asset Package

The finished modules, subtitled, chaptered, and in every language you need.

Where We Produce Your Course

At Your Premises

By default we come to your offices and produce the session there.

Advantages:

  • Your trainers teach on familiar ground
  • Colleagues can sit in for the parts that concern them
  • No travel time for anyone who teaches

We bring the cameras, the lighting, the sound, the live switcher, and the crew, and we build the setup in a meeting space at your offices. Your teams keep working around us.

In Our Zurich Studio

Our Zurich studio is set up for teaching and stays ready between sessions.

Advantages:

  • Nothing at your offices gets interrupted
  • Up to four trainers on camera at once
  • Ready when a date has to move

The studio is 42 square meters, with furniture, props, and backdrops on hand. The set gets built once for your program, so session six looks like session one.

One Course, Then More

The first course decides module length, script format, the set, and how a recording day runs. The second reuses all of it, and the people on camera arrive better than they were the first time.

G+D Netcetera has worked this way for more than three years. Twenty-five of its own specialists have made 60+ videos.

FAQ

Good to Know

Do You Write the Course Content?

Yes. We write and structure it with your experts. They own the subject matter, supply the facts, and approve the final content.

A certified adult trainer leads the instructional work and recommends another format when a course is not the best way to teach the material.

How Much Time Does Each Expert Need for an Online Course?

Each expert starts with one three-hour session to learn the format. After that, allow about three hours per video for scripting and recording. These are the current G+D Netcetera project figures.

We handle course structure, preparation, production, editing, and delivery around the experts. Recording related modules together reduces repeated briefing and setup time.

How Long Does an Online Course Take?

A small course can take two to four weeks when the learning material already exists. A course with many modules takes longer because the experts, scripts, recordings, and approvals must move through the production in stages.

We first map the learning outcome and modules, then plan scripting, recording, review, and platform delivery. Tell us about the course and what already exists. The proposal will show the schedule and when your experts and approvers are needed.

What If Someone Is Not Comfortable on Camera?

We prepare each person before filming and adapt the recording to how they speak best. Before recording, we reduce the message to what the person actually needs to say and choose the support that suits them: speaking points, a script, an interview, or a teleprompter.

They practise the words aloud before the recording day. If rehearsals are unfamiliar, we run the first one as a short coaching session.

On the day, we explain the setup, keep the crew small, and start with an easy conversation or rehearsal take. We can record in short sections, rephrase a sentence that does not feel natural, and show a take back when that helps.

The edit removes false starts and unnecessary pauses. The speaker and your team can review the result, and the fixed project price includes all feedback rounds.

What Does an Online Course Cost?

Module count is the main price factor. A short course built from finished material is smaller than a course that still needs its learning structure, scripts, exercises, animation, and several language versions.

Tell us about the course and show us what already exists. We’ll propose the structure and send a fixed quote that includes every feedback round.
