The Challenge They Came With

Two years into #oneBC, Barry Callebaut had real progress to show, and a global workforce that couldn’t feel it. So it put the CEO and board on camera.

  • A strategy that felt made at the headquarters
  • Two years of progress nobody could see
  • Updates that informed but never moved anyone
  • Awareness that never turned into action

Who’s on Camera

Only Barry Callebaut’s own people appear. The CEO and board speak for the strategy; employees worldwide host and share their personal #oneBC actions.

None of them present for a living, and a personal story is harder to tell than an update. So EVERYWOW coaches each presenter and directs, filming in offices they already know so it feels familiar, not staged. A company’s own people on camera make the message believable. This builds trust.

On Set

The Hard Part

The show has to be two things at once. Polished enough to match a CEO commitment, credible enough that employees believe it.

Too corporate and it reads as public relations; too raw and it undercuts the leadership. So we mix registers: directed footage from the offices, remote interviews from abroad, and phone clips shot by employees. That keeps it genuine and the global production on budget. It looks broadcast-grade and still feels like its people.

What Came Out of It

Sign-ups to the leadership development network went up.

Leadership recommitted publicly to #oneBC, and the workforce saw concrete progress. Chat engagement ran high, strongest from the regions the show featured: the stories reached the people they were about.
