Customer Testimonials
Clients on record about outcomes and measurable results
The Challenge They Came With
Choosing a core banking or payment software partner is a big, hard-to-reverse call. Prospects want proof from someone who already made it, so G+D Netcetera put that proof on camera: its own clients, on record about what the work delivered.
- The proof had to come from named clients talking about specific outcomes, not a marketing voice-over.
- The people on camera are G+D Netcetera’s own clients, who film once, if ever.
- Dozens of separate clients still had to add up to one consistent series.

Target Group
The testimonials speak to the people who sign off on a banking or payment software partner.
- Heads of Digital Banking and digital channels
- Heads of Payments and cards
- Chief Digital, Information, and Technology Officers
- Heads of Innovation and product owners
- Procurement and vendor evaluation leads
- Retail, private, and cantonal banks
- Payment service providers and processors
- Across DACH and the wider European market

Who’s on Camera
G+D Netcetera’s own clients. Each testimonial features a real customer, named, talking about the project they ran with the company and what came out of it.
They are decision-makers at banks and payment companies who agreed to go on the record. When a client says the work paid off, prospects believe it in a way they never believe the vendor’s own claim. This builds trust.
Getting a busy client comfortable in front of a lens is its own job. Most have never done it. So we ask the same clear questions every time, come to them at an event or the Zurich office rather than a studio, and coach each person on the day so they sound convincing and like themselves.
How It Runs
G+D Netcetera picks which clients to feature and makes the introduction. EVERYWOW runs the whole production and hands G+D Netcetera a finished testimonial. each client gives about an hour, prep to review; everything else is ours.

Before the Shoot
Production Concept

Which Clients
Chosen with the marketing team, and G+D Netcetera makes the introduction.
One Standardized Question Set
The same clear questions every time and the series stays consistent.
Booked Around the Client
Scheduled at a customer event or the Zurich office, whenever it suits them.
On the Day
Recording & Production
About an hour of the client’s time, start to finish.
Coaching
Each client is coached before and during, so a first-timer performs naturally on camera.

On Location
Filmed where the clients already are: Netcetera’s customer events and its Zurich headquarters.
After
Asset Delivery
We edit, the client approves, and we hand over a finished testimonial.
The Edit
Where the testimonial is really made: the story tightened around the challenge the client solved, and small touches, down to nudging the pace by a percent or two, so a first-timer reads as relaxed and self-assured.
Review & Sign-Off
Every client reviews and approves their own testimonial before it goes out. Nobody is published without their yes.

The Hard Part
The hard part isn’t the filming; it’s in the edit, because everyone in the testimonial has to come out of it looking good.
G+D Netcetera, the client on camera, and the client’s own company all have to look like a success. The client has to come across as convinced and energized about a real challenge they took on and solved.
Someone who has never been on camera rarely likes watching themselves, and every client signs off on their own testimonial before it’s published. So the edit closes that gap: the story tightened, the pace nudged up so they read as relaxed and sure of themselves. Preparation, coaching, and the edit have to land together. It works: the last two rounds were approved with zero changes.
- The edit, not the camera, is where it’s won
- Everyone in it looks like a success: Netcetera, the client, their company
- The client reviews and signs off on their own testimonial
- Last two rounds: approved with zero changes
What Came Out of It
25 customer testimonials, named and on the record, from clients like Viseca, SIX, and Bank Cler describing what the work delivered.
On the strength of those client voices, the company was invited to pitch at a major international bank.
Named clients on record also put verifiable proof into the places prospects and AI assistants now search and cite, and they keep working long after the shoot, every time someone checks whether the company delivers.
