Your Launch Moment on Video

Video Keynote Presentation

We build the story, design the stage and the graphics, and direct everyone who speaks. The announcement and the demo come back as one film.

  • A finished keynote in four weeks
  • The story written and the graphics designed
  • Every speaker rehearsed
  • Multiple versions cut during the edit

Case Study: A Product-Launch Keynote

A founder built an app on stage, live, in one take. 25,000 watched it happen.

Your Market Understands the Product

Expert Videos

We teach your specialists to write 90 seconds and direct them on camera. Your market hears it from the person who built it.

  • One workshop to teach your experts
  • Your experts write the scripts themselves
  • Sign-off of a script page, not a finished cut
  • The take is repeated if it is not right

Case Study: G+D Netcetera Expert Series

25 specialists on camera, more than 60 videos, three years and counting.

The Launch Webinar and Its Recording

B2B Webinars

We plan the hour, direct the live cut, and film the clips before your speakers leave. Live, for the people who want the detail.

  • Run of show planned with your speakers
  • Cut live, so the picture follows the action
  • Broadcast into whatever platform you use
  • Three to five clips filmed before they leave
  • Edited overnight, recording back the next day

Your Announcement on Every Channel

Executive Video

We shape the message and coach your leader, and one recording day covers months.

  • The message shaped before the recording day
  • Up to eight videos out of one recording day
  • Coaching and direction while the camera runs
  • Delivered in one to two weeks
  • Set photos shot for your press kit

Case Study: A Founder-Led Product Demo

20 minutes of the founder operating pre-release software himself. 250,000 views.

Proof from Your First Customers

Customer Testimonial Videos

We write the questions your buyers need answered, and the request that gets your customer to say yes. Filming takes an hour, at their own office.

  • A planned run of four to six customers
  • Question set built in a workshop
  • Filmed at their office or at your event
  • Each person directed through their first take
  • Every customer approves before anything goes out

Case Study: G+D Netcetera Testimonials

More than 25 customers on record, each one approved before it went out.

Pictures of the Launch, the Same Day

Event Photography

We agree the shot list first, so the photographer is in position for the moments that matter. Images with you the same day.

  • A shot list planned and approved by you
  • In position for the moments that matter
  • 10 finished photos while the event runs
  • About 150 edited photos within two days
  • Global usage rights, no restrictions

Case Study: Sakura Finetek Product Reveal

A new system revealed on a crowded congress floor, seen by more than 1,000 people.

Announcing something different?

Tell us what you are launching, and we will work out what it needs.

What We Need from You

You decide what you are launching and who says it.

It has to be your own people. Text, images, and voices are all generated now, so having your founder, the engineers who built the product, and your first customers on video is the ultimate proof.

Four things move the price:

  • Live or filmed. A broadcast needs a bigger crew on the day.
  • How many people go on camera. One executive, or eight.
  • How many finished pieces. One film, or a launch calendar.
  • Languages. Interpreting live, subtitles after, or both.

Launches We Produced

A nine-hour launch livestream, the film that came out of the same day, and a partner-program launch delivered in under three days.

What Our Clients Say

FAQ

Good to Know

Our launch date is fixed. Can you work to it?

That is the assumption we plan from. The schedule runs backwards from your date, and the decisions that normally push a launch back are made in the first week instead of the last. Tell us the date and what has to exist on it, and you get a plan showing what happens in which week.

How late can we still start?

A keynote takes four weeks. An executive video takes one to two weeks. A webinar can be planned and produced in about a week when the date is close. If yours is nearer than that, call us anyway and we’ll tell you what still fits.

What does it cost?

Four things move it: whether anything goes out live, how many people go on camera, how many finished pieces you need, and how many languages. Tell us what you are launching, to whom, and on what date, and you get a scope with a price.

Our chief executive has not done this before. How do you work with someone new to camera?

Being convincing in a meeting and being convincing on camera are two different skills, and the second one is taught. We work through what they have to say first, run the full setup once before the recording day, and direct on the day itself. 9 of 10 executive videos are approved at the first cut.

How long will our legal team need?

Less than you are planning for. Your experts write their scripts before the recording day, so whoever has to approve reads a page instead of watching a finished cut. A change at that stage costs a sentence rather than an edit.

The product isn’t public yet. Can you work under our NDA?

Yes. A launch is confidential by definition, and we work under your NDA from the first meeting. Only the production crew sees the footage, and the files stay with us until the day you announce.

Will our customers agree to be filmed?

Some will and some will not, and a short conversation tells you which. You have the relationship and you make the ask, and we write the request with you. It costs them about an hour, at their own office or at your event. 95% of the customers we film approve their video.

What happens if something fails during the live broadcast?

We never run a single camera or a single signal path. Two separate streams, a local recording throughout, and a crew of three to five people. One failure doesn’t take you off air, and usually only we notice it.

Do we get one video, or something we can publish all quarter?

Both. A keynote comes with 10 social cuts. One executive recording day produces up to eight videos, vertical and horizontal. A webinar comes back as the edited recording the next day, plus three to five clips filmed with your speakers as soon as it ends, and a launch event gives you around 150 photos on top.

Where do you produce, and do you travel?

At your offices, at the venue you have booked, or in our Zurich studio. Basel, Bern, Geneva, Lausanne, Zug, and Zurich are all within a normal working day for us. We travel to Germany and Austria, and we have produced in the United States and Singapore, including a full launch day in San Francisco.

We are launching in several markets. Can you produce in more than one language?

Yes. We interpret live during a broadcast, add subtitles and transcripts afterwards, and record a second time where a video has to exist in another language. One production covers every market you are launching into.

Who owns the material after the launch?

All of it is yours: the films, the clips, the photos, and the raw footage, on any channel, for as long as you want them, with nothing more to pay.

Can you work alongside our event agency and the venue’s crew?

Yes. We either run the whole production or take the video and photography and fit in with the partners you have already booked. We agree with them and the venue on who owns content, stage technology, and cameras, well before the day.
