Custom Corporate Livestreams

No Livestream Is Too Big

Most livestreams fit a standard format. When yours does not, we build the livestream production around your requirements.

  • Several locations as one broadcast
  • As many cameras as it takes
  • Outdoors, on a factory floor, or in a hospital
  • Our own connection where there is none
  • Anywhere in the world your people are

Tell us what you have in mind, and you hear what it takes to produce it.

The Whole Company in One Session

Town Hall & All-Hands Webcast

We run the broadcast, and your executives only speak. One session reaches your whole workforce in every country and time zone.

  • The same event at the venue and on screen
  • Live on Microsoft Teams or your own platform
  • Interpreting and subtitles in your languages
  • Speakers who have rehearsed beforehand
  • The edited recording the next day

Case Study: Syntegon Town Halls

The executive committee on air from the factory floor, in every language 10,000 employees speak.

A Bigger Audience for Your Conference

Conference Livestream

We stream every stage and produce the show between the talks, so your conference reaches far more people than the hall seats.

  • Every stage streamed and directed
  • A host on air between the talks
  • Remote speakers who can see the hall
  • A connection that does not rely on the venue
  • Every talk back as a finished video

Case Study: IxDA Interaction 22

72 hours non-stop, 30 talks, three time-zone blocks so every region caught the program live.

Your Board Answers on Camera

Virtual AGM Livestream

We produce the meeting from a built set, and shareholder questions reach the board live, so everyone on the register sees the answers.

  • A set built and lit for your board
  • One feed into your meeting platform
  • Shareholder questions answered live
  • A full technical rehearsal beforehand
  • The whole meeting recorded, yours to keep

A Webinar and the Clips from It

B2B Webinars

We cut it live on up to five cameras and record the clips with your speakers straight after, so it looks like a program.

  • A live cut that follows the speaker
  • Short clips recorded on the day
  • Slides that read on a laptop
  • Any platform, including your own
  • Registration, invitations, and reminders

Analysts, Media, and the Replay

Investor Call & Results Webcast

We run the reporting day as one production: the webcast, the portal, the analyst and media calls, and the replay. Your executives record the presentation the day before, and we finish it overnight.

  • The presentation recorded the day before
  • Figures that stay readable on screen
  • One portal for registration and documents
  • Analyst questions on an operated line
  • Replay, transcript, and analytics

Trained in One Sitting

Live Online Training

We plan the session with your trainers and produce it live, so everyone learns at once. A week later we hand back the modules, a course you did not have before.

  • Live on your own platform
  • An agenda planned by a qualified trainer
  • Questions and polls built into the agenda
  • A few hundred people, or a few thousand
  • Subtitled modules within a week

Something more complicated?

Send us the plan and you hear how we would produce it.

When a Livestream Makes Sense

You decide what is said and who says it. Everything else is ours.

Whether a livestream is the right choice depends on how the speakers work: one hour for a livestream is often easier for an executive than a full day of filming, because a live format creates pressure. What you give up is video editing, and often video quality too. We help you find the best approach.

Four things move the price:

  • Stages and days. One morning on one stage, or a week on three.
  • Where we produce. Our Zurich studio, your offices, or a venue you book.
  • Who has to understand it. Interpreters on the day, subtitles after.
  • One date or a series. The first production run is the most demanding.

Where We Produce Your Livestreams

At Your Premises

We build the set in your offices and broadcast from there, on a day your people are already in the building.

Advantages:

  • Your building and your brand on screen
  • Nobody travels to be on camera
  • We build and test before anyone arrives

At Your Venue

We produce the livestream at the event you have already booked, inside the run of show you have already set.

Advantages:

  • The audience at the venue and the one online
  • Your event branding and atmosphere on screen
  • Several stages streamed from the same day

In Our Zurich Studio

We design your set once in our Zurich studio, and every broadcast after that looks the same.

Advantages:

  • The same picture and sound every time
  • No interruption to your daily business
  • Up to four people on camera at once

Our Livestream Crew for Your Production

A live production crew of three to twenty, sized to the broadcast.

A producer runs the broadcast and talks to the crew. Bimmy Olagunju, our Director of Photography, is responsible for how it looks: the lighting, the framing, the cameras. Nobody from your team has to direct anything or watch the clock.

  • Cameras. Sony FX3, FX30, and FX6.
  • Lenses. Sony G Master.
  • Light. Aputure.
  • Sound. Shure and Rode microphones, mixed live.

The broadcast records locally while it goes out, and the edited files come through Frame.io. We work alongside other agencies, production houses, and international teams, either as the whole crew or as one part of it.

FAQ

Good to Know

Our Team Could Stream It. What Does a Producer Add?

The producer lets the people on camera concentrate on the audience. The responsibilities are divided clearly before the livestream:

Your teamEVERYWOW
Owns the content, chooses audience questions, and moderates themCuts between cameras and slides and brings the selected questions to the moderator or speakers
Approves the platform and programCoordinates interpreters, watches the outgoing program, and responds to technical problems
Supplies the speakers and internal decisionsRuns rehearsals, signal checks, backups, recording, and delivery

Your team keeps control of the content without having to produce the livestream at the same time.

What Happens If Something Fails During the Livestream?

A technical failure does not automatically stop the livestream. Before the event, we identify what could interrupt the program and confirm what the crew can switch to in that production setup.

For example:

  • If one of several cameras or microphones fails, the director switches to another.
  • When the production includes two internet connections, the second connection can take over.
  • The cameras and sound continue recording at the venue if the platform or internet connection is interrupted.

Online viewers may still see a short interruption, and a remote speaker can still drop out if their own connection fails. We test the complete setup with the venue and platform teams before the event.

Does It Have to Go Out Live?

No. You can choose among three formats:

  • Livestream: Speakers and audience interact in real time.
  • Premiere: A pre-recorded program starts at a fixed time, and the audience can discuss it together in the chat.
  • Recorded release: Your team approves the complete program before it is published.

A livestream is useful when the speakers need to respond to the audience or to events as they happen. A premiere gives you a shared publication moment without requiring the presentation itself to be live.

How Far Ahead Should We Book a Livestream?

Two to four months is the usual planning window. The speakers, venue, platform, approvals, and rehearsal needs determine whether a closer date can work.

Send us the date even if it is only a few weeks away. We’ll tell you whether it is feasible and what must be decided first.

What Does a Livestream Production Cost?

The main difference is whether we are producing one livestream from one location or coordinating several stages, remote speakers, interpretation, and multiple versions afterwards. Each additional live program needs its own people and equipment.

Tell us about the livestream you are planning. We’ll identify what the production needs and send a fixed quote that includes every feedback round.
