You know the answer to the question your clients keep asking. We teach you to say it in 90 seconds, film it, and hand it back cut, subtitled, and ready to publish.

  • A finished video for each question
  • Scripts you write yourselves
  • The same look on every recording day
  • Three weeks to the first video

You host, and the audience subscribes to you rather than to the company. We find the topics, brief both sides, record, and edit. Two and a half hours of your time per episode.

  • A finished podcast show, video and audio
  • Three to five clips per episode
  • Titles, descriptions, and thumbnails
  • Two episodes from one recording
  • Your channels run for you, optional

Case Study: G+D Netcetera Future Proof

B2B Webinars

You present live to the audience who signed up to hear you. We build the set, rehearse you, cut the cameras live, and have the edited recording out the next day.

  • A broadcast, cut live as it happens
  • The improved recording the next day
  • Three to five social media clips with you
  • Slides that read on a laptop

You on Camera, Regularly

  • Coaching before the camera runs
  • Clips, subtitles, and stills
  • Yours on any channel, with no expiry
  • Ready within two weeks

Case Study: DFINITY Executive Interviews

  • A keynote film, four weeks from start
  • Coaching before the camera runs
  • Rehearsals
  • Slides made for a screen

See How Stefanie Does It

Being Good on Camera Is Learned

Nobody starts out good at this. A camera gives you nothing back, and the people who look easy on it worked out what they were going to do beforehand.

Stefanie Hetjens founded EVERYWOW and directs these recordings. She runs the same method on herself and publishes the result.

Recognizable, Video After Video

Your audience only knows the version of you they have already seen.

Warm and open in one video, stiff and corporate in the next, and they stop believing either one. Being recognizable is what makes you believable.

So the role you play on camera gets decided once and then held. Every recording day is documented and rebuilt the same way, so nothing about the picture changes underneath you, and publishing often actually pays off.

Experts and Founders on Camera

Work where the person on camera is the reason it was watched.

What Our Clients Say

FAQ

Good to Know

Couldn’t we just record this ourselves?

For one update, often yes. What’s hard is doing it again at the same quality. The set, the sound, and the titles have to match from one video to the next, or a series stops looking like a series and your audience stops recognizing it. That is the part EVERYWOW takes on.

What if the person we want on camera doesn’t want to do it?

More than 50 specialists have gone in front of our camera for the first time, and more than half of them wanted to make more afterwards. What changes their mind is usually the workshop: they write their own 90 seconds, so they know exactly what they are going to say before anyone sets up a camera. Nobody is asked to improvise.

How much of our people’s time does this take?

Three hours of an expert’s time per video, plus one three-hour workshop at the start that up to four of them sit in together. A podcast episode takes two and a half hours of your host’s time. A keynote takes about eight hours of an executive’s time in total.

What does it cost?

Tell us how many people should go on camera and how often, and you get a scope with a price back.

What if we’re not happy with the cut?

You get a feedback round on the final video. 9 of 10 executive videos are approved at the first cut, and the rest go through one round of changes. The decisions that cause extra rounds happen before the recording: you sign off on the topic, then on the script.

Do we have to start with a whole series?

No. A first round of expert videos is usually eight videos across about four experts. One leader and one recording day is enough, and a single webinar is a normal way to begin.

How do we know it is working?

You get the numbers per video and per episode: what was watched, for how long, and on which channel. In the first months the thing to watch is whether the same people come back, because being recognized happens before reach does.

What happens if the person we film leaves the company?

The format stays, and so does everything your audience recognizes about it. One client has had 25 different specialists on camera over three years, so no single departure undoes it. Whether their videos stay up is your call.

Who approves what our expert says on camera?

You do, before anyone stands in front of a camera. Your expert writes the script from a template, so whoever has to approve it reads a page. EVERYWOW works under your non-disclosure agreement, and nothing leaves us before you release it.

Should the chief executive be on camera, or the specialists?

Both, for different things. A chief executive sets the position and reaches the widest audience. Specialists answer the questions your market is searching for. A podcast is the exception: one permanent host works better than rotating ones, because an audience subscribes to a person.

Will anyone actually watch?

The expert videos EVERYWOW has produced have been watched more than 400,000 times. What decides it is having something worth saying and publishing where your audience already is. That is part of the work, not something that happens once the file is finished.

How long before anything is published?

Three weeks from the first meeting to a published expert video. One to two weeks for an executive video. Four weeks for a keynote. Registration for a webinar should open four weeks before the date, and a webinar can be produced in about a week when the date is close.

Can you run a webinar series across the year?

Yes. The concept and the setup are shared across the whole year, so each webinar costs less than a one-off. Wenger Vieli has run three tax webinars a year with us since 2024, and we have worked with UNESCO regularly for more than five years.

Can you take over a series that already exists?

Yes. EVERYWOW takes over the format that is running, with the same set, framing, sound, and titles, documented, so the new videos look like part of the same series.

In which languages do you work?

EVERYWOW directs and records in English and German, and subtitles in the languages you publish in. You get a transcript per video that you can reuse as text.

Where do you record, and do you travel?

At your offices, on location, or in our Zurich studio, which is 42 square meters with furniture, props, and backdrops on hand. We work across Switzerland: Zurich, Basel, Bern, Geneva, and Lausanne. We travel to Germany and Austria, and further when a client asks.
