What You Get From an EVERYWOW Social Media Video Production

Your People, Convincing on Camera

Your experts, leaders, and customers, prepared and directed so they come across well.

The Concept Before the Camera

What the video has to do, who can credibly say it, and where it runs, settled first.

Cuts for Every Channel

Vertical for LinkedIn, horizontal for YouTube, plus stills and thumbnails.

Several Videos per Recording

The same recorded material becomes the long video and the short cuts.

Subtitles and Transcripts

In every language you publish in, with text you can reuse as posts.

Full Usage Rights

The videos, the clips, the stills, and the footage are yours, with no time limit.

The Answers Your Buyers Search For

Expert Videos

Your specialists know what your market is searching for. We teach them to write it as a 90-second script and direct them so it sounds like talking.

  • One workshop teaches the format for good
  • We shape the angle, your expert writes it
  • The script is signed off before recording
  • Direction on the day, so nobody reads
  • The same set and sound every round

Case Study: DFINITY Tech Talks

A blockchain foundation’s own engineers explaining cryptography and consensus. 20 episodes, watched more than 275,000 times.

A Series From One Recording Day

Video Interviews

The hard part is how a question lands once the interviewer is cut out. We build the flow with you, then record everyone in one day.

  • We build the question flow with you
  • A whole series recorded to one standard
  • Several videos out of every recording
  • Direction while the camera runs
  • Delivered in a week, 36 hours when urgent

Case Study: DFINITY Executive Interviews

Leaders on camera whenever it matters. Seven to nine short videos out of two hours of an executive’s time.

Proof From Your Customers

Customer Testimonial Videos

Your best customers go on camera for you. We word the request, write the questions, and direct so they come across relaxed.

  • We word the request you send them
  • Questions written for what buyers need
  • About an hour of your customer’s time
  • Filmed at their office or your event
  • They approve before anything is published

Case Study: G+D Netcetera Testimonials

A banking software company with its clients on record. 25 testimonials over three years.

Known Before the First Meeting

Executive Video

A camera gives a leader nothing back and picks up more than a meeting does. We work out the role beforehand and direct on the day.

  • Coaching before the recording day
  • A director who says when it is not landing
  • The message cut to what people watch
  • Multiple videos from one recording day
  • Stills for LinkedIn and the press kit

Case Study: DFINITY Video Keynote

A yearly company update built as a produced show. Seven leaders on camera, 43,000 views.

A Show on a Schedule

Video Podcasts

A podcast needs editorial as much as cameras. We interview host and guest before they meet and turn that into a journalistic briefing.

  • Topics and guests agreed with your team
  • Both sides interviewed before they meet
  • One briefing document per episode
  • Two episodes per recording day
  • Video, audio, social cuts, thumbnails

Case Study: Future Proof

A chief executive who had never hosted a podcast. 15 episodes and more than 50 clips later, he still does.

Seen by the People Who Missed It

Event Films & Aftermovies

We agree beforehand which moments matter, then catch them as they happen. We film inside your schedule and cut to your brand.

  • The shot list agreed before the day
  • A music shortlist built from your brand
  • Filmed without interrupting your program
  • Colors and titles follow your guidelines
  • Up to ten finished videos from one event

Case Study: World Computer Summit

1,000 people in Zurich, 9 cameras, and a two-minute film out of the whole day.

What It Takes From Your Side

Your people are busy, so the time we ask for is short and fixed in advance.

  • About three hours from a specialist, per video.
  • One recording day from an executive.
  • About an hour from a customer.
  • Two and a half hours from a podcast host, per episode.

You choose who speaks and sign off on the cut. The concept, the coaching, the direction on the day, the set, and the edit are ours.

Price moves on how many people, how many videos, where we record, and the languages.

FAQ

Good to Know

Can you produce enough to keep us posting?

Yes. Up to eight people on camera in one day, five to nine clips from every interview, three to five social cuts per podcast episode, and up to ten videos from one event.

How much of our people’s time does this take?

About three hours from a specialist per expert video, including the workshop, which they attend only once. One recording day from an executive, and up to eight videos come out of it. One hour from a customer, briefing and their own review included. Two and a half hours from a podcast host per episode. You can put those in a calendar invite before you ask anyone.

Our experts have never done this. Will they be all right on camera?

That’s where they all start. More than 50 specialists have gone in front of our camera for the first time. They learn the format in one workshop, they write their own script so they know exactly what they are going to say, and a director on the day stops the take when someone is reading instead of talking. In 250 interviews we have never had to record one again.

What does it cost?

Four things move it: how many people go on camera, how many videos you want, where we record, and how many languages you publish in. Tell us what you want to publish and to whom, and you get a written scope with a price.

What happens after the first batch?

The first round is where the work is: choosing who speaks, agreeing on the topics, teaching the format, building the set. After that a new round takes a topic list and a date. The two companies we have worked with longest have each passed 100 videos for their social channels, over three years.

Can our legal team see this before anything is recorded?

Yes, and they read text rather than watch a cut. Your expert writes the script before the recording day, so whoever signs off reads a page. We work under your non-disclosure agreement and nothing leaves us before you release it.

Do you write the scripts?

Your experts do, and that’s deliberate: the person who understands the subject is the one who can decide what to leave out. They learn how in the workshop and work from a template. For leaders and interviews we shape the message with them instead. If drafts exist, we sharpen them.

Is this only for LinkedIn?

No. LinkedIn and YouTube are where business audiences are, and the same recording is cut for whatever else you publish on. Every video comes in vertical and horizontal with subtitles, so nothing needs reformatting on your side.

Do we need a strategy before we contact you?

No. If you have already decided who should speak and about what, we go straight to planning the recording. If not, we work it out with you first, and you get a document you can put in front of your leadership team.

Who owns the videos?

You do, on any channel, with no time limit. That covers the finished videos, the clips, the stills, and the footage.

Can you take over a series someone else started?

Yes. We match the existing look and format, so the new videos look like part of the same series.

Where do you record, and do you travel?

At your offices, at your event, or in our Zurich studio. We record across Switzerland, in Zurich, Basel, Bern, Geneva, and Lausanne, and we travel to Germany and Austria. We have also recorded in San Francisco and Singapore.

How fast do we get the videos?

Two to three weeks is the standard cycle. Interviews are usually delivered a week after the recording, and 36 hours when something is urgent. Event films take one to two weeks.
