The Learning Plan
Stefanie Hetjens has produced 4,000+ lessons and holds the Swiss federal certificate in adult education.
She works with your experts to set the learning objective and decide where explanations, practice, questions, and breaks belong. When the session contains too much material, she recommends what to shorten or move. Your team decides what changes.
Your Experts and Slides
Your team owns and approves the subject matter and normally prepares the slides.
We structure the session, review the deck for readability and live transitions, and rehearse each expert on the actual setup.
If you hand over the deck, we turn your approved content into clear, branded slides built around the live flow. Each trainer gets a consistent presentation, and your team avoids the design and formatting work.
The Live Production
A producer watches the outgoing picture and sound while the trainers teach.
The crew runs cameras, slides, sound, lighting, platform controls, the question queue, and recording. We test the connection and the live setup before the date. If the main streaming connection fails, the second connection takes over. We record locally throughout, so the edited modules do not depend on the platform recording.

With a recurring program, you can reuse the format, slide rules, technical setup, and platform approvals.
Your trainers need less preparation after the first session, and the series keeps the same picture, sound, and structure. Eight live sessions can also become a course with consistent modules, subtitles, and transcripts. You can book one session or plan a series across the year.

At Your Premises
We bring the production to the place that works for your trainers.
We bring the cameras, lighting, sound, live switcher, and crew to your offices. Your trainers teach from their own workplace, and colleagues can join the parts that concern them.
In Our Zurich Studio
Our studio is ready when you want a dedicated production environment.
Our 42-square-metre Zurich studio is ready for up to four trainers on camera. We can keep the set in place so every session in a program looks consistent.
How We Work

Planning
You approve the learning objective, live format, responsibility split, and post-session package before production begins.

Rehearsal
Each trainer works through their part on the live setup. We resolve slide, platform, timing, and handover issues before the date.
03
Production
We run the live session, edit the agreed files, and send them for your review. All feedback rounds are included in the fixed project price.
