Conference Livestream, Produced as a Live Show
We stream your conference and produce the show around it: a host, interviews, and segments, so your online audience keeps watching when the stage is empty.

What You Get With Our Conference Livestream Service
A Show Between Sessions
Between the stage program, your online audience gets a host, interviews with speakers coming off stage, and segments.
Every Stage Directed
Each stage gets its own stream and its own camera direction, including wireless cameras that move through the venue.
Speakers From Anywhere
Remote speakers join the live program with a return feed of the audience, so they present to people they can see.
Global Team
We produce conferences anywhere, with a local crew and a producer from us on the ground. North America, Europe, Asia, and of course Switzerland, where we are based.
One Video Per Session
Every talk, interview, and segment comes back as a finished video within a week, ready to publish.
Clear Responsibilities
You bring the program and the speakers. We run everything else, so you’re not chasing suppliers while your conference is live.
Any Size, Anywhere. We’ve Done It.
A half-day with one stage or a week-long congress on three stages are the same service, scoped differently.
One stage takes a crew of three. From there it scales to more stages, more days, and more venues.
We produce conferences globally: Zurich and across Switzerland, in Germany and Austria, and further out to Singapore, San Francisco, and New York. For MDPI, we ran the 10th World Sustainability Forum in Singapore, Basel, and Toronto as one continuous online event, eight hours per venue, following the sun. Four tracks, 20 crew across the three sites, 2,000 people watching online.

How to Make Your Conference Stand Out
Our conference livestream works on its own. Clients add one or two of these, and we produce them too.
- A live show for when nothing is happening on stage
- Live subtitles and interpretation
- An online platform with the live program
- Satellite venues in other cities or countries
- Talks recorded before the conference
- Remote speakers live on stage
- Speaker briefing and coaching
- Event photography
- Event aftermovie

Strategy Before the Broadcast
Every conference starts with a production concept that sets what the broadcast is for and what the videos have to do once the conference is over.
Together we settle which stages stream, what the online audience watches between talks, and which platforms the stream runs on. A stage broadcast takes two or three meetings, one or two of them at the venue. A full-day program takes more.

What We Handle
What we take off your desk, from the first meeting to the last video.
Live Program Concept
We design the stage broadcast and the show around it: hosts, interviews, and what runs when nobody is on stage.
Multi-Stage Direction
On each stage we plan the camera positions and direct the cut live, so the speaker and the slide are on screen together.
Remote Speakers and Venues
We bring remote speakers and satellite locations into the program and keep the timing between them.
Connection and Backup
Before the day we test the venue’s internet connection. If it isn’t reliable enough, we bring our own 5G and satellite Starlink backup.
Broadcast Control
We run vision mixing, audio, streaming, and the coordination with your team and the venue while the conference is live.
Recording and Edit
Every talk and segment is recorded and cut into a finished video.
How We Work
01
Production Concept
We define what the broadcast is for, who is on stage, who joins remotely, and which locations are part of it.
02
Production & Shoot
We run the stage setup, cameras, sound, vision mixing, remote feeds, and streaming, with live direction on every stage and at every venue.
03
Asset Package
You receive the finished files: the full broadcast, one video per session, the interview and segment cuts, and anything else agreed.
What Our Clients Say
