What You Get With Our Conference Talk Recording

One Video per Session

Every talk, keynote, and panel on your program comes back as its own finished video, cut and titled with the speaker’s name on screen.

Quiet at the Venue

Your speakers give their talk as planned. Nobody tells them where to stand or where to look, and the cameras stay clear of the front row’s line of sight.

Delivered in 72 Hours

Every session arrives edited within 72 hours of the event ending. The full set comes together, not in batches.

Slides in the Picture

Slides come from the source file rather than a camera pointed at a screen, so everything is readable.

Rights and Confidentiality

You get global usage rights to every delivered video, with no limit and no expiry. When the sessions are confidential, we sign your NDA before production starts.

Formats Your Channels Use

Files sized for your intranet, your YouTube channel, and your sales library. Subtitles too, if you want them.

Not Every Session Needs Three Cameras

Every conference talk recording starts with a production concept that defines what each session has to do once it’s online.

A keynote, a technical session your sales team can send to a prospect, and an internal update nobody outside the company should see are different jobs. We decide which is which with you, and the setup follows: one camera for a straightforward event on a budget, two as the standard for a keynote, three for a panel, four or five when you want the audience in the picture too.

What We Handle

Program Review

We go through the agenda session by session: how long each talk runs, which speakers bring slides, and what has to be ready before doors open.

Camera and Audio Plan

Camera positions per event. Audio off the mixing desk, with a backup recorder running. Stage lighting checked so the speaker is properly lit.

Slide Integration

We collect the slide sources before the event and cut them into the finished video, so charts and code stay legible.

Recording on the Day

Talks, keynotes, panels, Q&A, and product demos. We follow the run of show, so a change in the program can be easily accommodated.

Edit and Delivery

We cut and title every session, check it, and deliver the full set together.

Reuse Planning

Some sessions are worth a short clip for LinkedIn, some belong in the sales library, and some are better left in the archive. We’ll tell you which is which.

How We Work

01

Production Concept

Before anything is booked, we settle what each recording is for, how it gets published, and who signs off. Nothing is decided on the day.

02

Production & Shoot

We arrive ahead of the program, build the camera and audio setup, and coordinate with the venue’s technical team. Your team doesn’t get pulled into any of it.

03

Asset Package

Within 72 hours you receive one edited video per session, in the formats you asked for.

FAQ

Good to Know

What Does Conference Talk Recording Cost?

The size and complexity of your conference determine the price. A one-stage program with straightforward talks is smaller than several parallel stages, panels, or sessions that also need subtitles and social clips.

Tell us about your event and what you want to publish. We’ll send a session-by-session scope and fixed quote, including all feedback rounds.

What Do You Need from Our Team Before the Event?

We need the date and venue, current agenda, room plan, a contact for the venue’s technical team, and the video formats you need.

Before production, we confirm which sessions to record, who provides audio and slides, which titles and brand elements appear in the videos, and who approves the finished files. Your speakers present as planned.

Can you record several stages or breakout rooms at the same time?

Yes. Each stage or breakout room with simultaneous programming needs its own recording setup and crew. We use your agenda to map overlaps and plan camera coverage, audio feeds, and slide capture before the event. We then edit and deliver each session as a separate video.

How Do You Protect a Talk Recording If Equipment Fails?

We record every part that cannot be repeated:

  • Audio comes from the venue mixing desk while an independent recorder captures a second copy.
  • Each camera records to two memory cards.
  • Before the event, we agree the signal setup and responsibilities with the venue’s technical team.

These safeguards are specific to conference talk recording. They give the editor separate source files if one recording device or memory card fails during a session.

Can You Livestream the Sessions at the Same Time?

Yes. The cameras, sound, and slide feeds used to record the sessions can also supply a livestream. Going live adds the platform, internet connections, program control, remote-speaker links, and any content shown between talks.

When the audience will watch later, recording without the live production has a smaller scope. We’ll show both options when either could fit.
