The Challenge They Came With
CSL Vifor already ran town halls: leadership sharing company updates, strategic direction, and culture with employees worldwide. They ran on a meeting-room camera system. It worked, but the picture and sound didn’t reflect what was being said.
- The content mattered. The picture and sound didn’t say so.
- Employees sit across time zones and more than 100 countries; one session has to reach all of them at once.
- It had to stay on Microsoft Teams, the tool everyone already has, not a separate broadcast platform.
Who’s on Camera
The people on camera are CSL Vifor’s own leaders, a rotating cast of executives that changes from one session to the next.
Thousands watching, nothing to edit out afterwards. So EVERYWOW rehearses each presenter before they go live, dresses and lights the room so it feels calm instead of technical, and runs everything off-camera. The leaders arrive, present, and leave. What thousands of employees see is a confident broadcast.
