The companies whose leaders we film

Partnering with EVERYWOW

What You Get

Your Executives on Video

Your executives come across as convincing, approachable, and professional. And still as themselves. Delivered in the formats your channels need.

Up to 8 Videos, One Day

One recording day covers the announcement, the next quarter’s updates, and the short intro for the intranet. Your leader sits down once, and you publish for months.

Clips for Social

Vertical and horizontal cuts from the same recording, so your leader is visible on all channels.

Subtitles and Transcripts

We subtitle every video in the languages you publish in, and you get a transcript you can reuse.

Photos from the Set

Stills of your leader for LinkedIn, the intranet, the press kit, and the annual report.

Full Usage Rights

The material is yours, on any channel, for as long as you want it.

Before the Camera Comes Out

A strategy shift, quarterly results, a restructuring, a message to the whole company, and a statement the market is waiting for. Each one needs a few decisions settled before the recording day.

Those decisions: what the video has to do, who has to believe it, and which of your people can credibly say it. Sometimes that’s the CEO, often a division head or the expert who did the work. If you have those answers, we go straight to planning the recording. If you don’t, we work them out with you first. Either way, the only thing left is what your leader says to the camera.

If You’re on Camera

You know your subject, and you convince people in person every week. A camera gives you nothing back, and it picks up more than a meeting does. We’ve been filmed ourselves and heard our own voices played back for a long time.

Authenticity on camera is a role you choose on purpose, built from parts of yourself that are already there: the one who makes the call, or the one who knows the details.

We help you develop the role through executive coaching and decide what works for you together before we start filming.

What We Handle

Your leader shows up and talks. The rest is ours.

Project Scoping

We agree audience, format, channel, approval path, timeline, and deliverables before anything is booked.

Message and Structure

We cut the message to what the audience will watch, and structure it so the leader can say it without reading.

On-Camera Coaching

We work out tone, pace, and presence before the recording, then direct it on the day.

Direction on the Day

A director is on set and checks that the message is getting through, and says so when it isn’t.

Production

Cameras, sound, lighting, and set, wherever the leader already is, or in our Zurich studio.

Feedback & Approvals

Most projects need one feedback round on the final video, and some need none. We plan the process around your executive’s calendar and yours.

How We Work

01

Production Concept

Together we define what the video is for, who should speak, what format fits, and where the finished videos end up.

02

Production & Shoot

Preparation and coaching with the leader, then the recording day itself, directed on set.

03

Asset Package

You get the finished videos with clips, subtitles, transcripts, stills, and thumbnails, ready to upload.

Trust Still Comes from People

A text, an image, a voice, a whole presenter: AI generates all of it now, and audiences have adjusted. The Institute of Internal Communication found that a third of employees don’t trust a message from their CEO or a senior leader if it was developed with AI.

What still works is a person your audience can name, on camera, answering for what they say. Leaders get believed by being seen regularly, until the audience stops assessing them and just listens.

What Our Clients Say

FAQ

Good to Know

Do We Need a Finished Script?

No. Bring a script, talking points, a slide deck, or simply the point that has to be made. We shorten the material, find the structure, and turn it into words the leader can say naturally.

The executive then rehearses the message aloud, so the words are familiar before recording and still sound like something they would naturally say.

What If Someone Is Not Comfortable on Camera?

We prepare each person before filming and adapt the recording to how they speak best. Before recording, we reduce the message to what the person actually needs to say and choose the support that suits them: speaking points, a script, an interview, or a teleprompter.

They practise the words aloud before the recording day. If rehearsals are unfamiliar, we run the first one as a short coaching session.

On the day, we explain the setup, keep the crew small, and start with an easy conversation or rehearsal take. We can record in short sections, rephrase a sentence that does not feel natural, and show a take back when that helps.

The edit removes false starts and unnecessary pauses. The speaker and your team can review the result, and the fixed project price includes all feedback rounds.

How Long Does an Executive Video Take?

One to two weeks from planning to delivery is typical. The schedule covers message preparation, rehearsal, recording, editing, and approval.

A fixed publication date can shorten the process when the speaker and approvers are available. Tell us the deadline, and we’ll plan backwards from it before you book.

How Many Approval Rounds Does This Take?

Nine of 10 videos are approved at the first cut. We get there by agreeing the message before recording, rehearsing the speaker, and checking the selected take before the edit is built.

The fixed price includes every feedback round. That aligns our interests with yours: both teams want the strongest result with as little avoidable work as possible. Your team sends one consolidated response from the people who approve the video, and we continue until the agreed video is approved.

What Does an Executive Video Cost?

Recording several leaders or messages on one day shares the preparation and setup, which lowers the cost per finished video. A custom set, several locations, or many language versions require more production work.

Tell us about the executive communication you are planning. We’ll propose the message and recording process and send a fixed quote. Every feedback round is included.
