What You Get With Our B2B Webinar Service
Recording the Next Day
You get the edited recording the day after the webinar, ready to publish.
Clips Shot on the Spot
Three to five short videos, recorded with your speakers right after the webinar.
A Directed Broadcast
We cut your webinar live, so the picture follows the action, not a layout.
Slides That Read on Screen
We check your deck before the webinar, so your audience can read it.
Speakers Who Are Ready
Every speaker can rehearse on the live setup: content, presentation, and handovers.
Platform Independence
You choose the platform. We have worked with them all: YouTube, Vimeo, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and custom players.

Strategy Before the Broadcast
Production concept first: how the webinar fits your marketing goals, and what we have to deliver for it.
Stefanie Hetjens came to production from corporate communications, which is why the plan comes before the cameras. She is on site as producer and creative director, and she has been filmed herself, so she knows what your speakers need.
Together we set the run of show, the content, and the speaker handover. We take over the technical side completely and talk to your IT team when that is needed. For a first webinar, we build the set the day before, and your speakers can rehearse then. That day is on us.
Why a Webinar Series Works Better
One webinar is a start. Success comes from a series.
One-Off
Fine as a first move. The concept, the run of show, and the setup get built for one date, so the cost per webinar is higher than in a series.
A Series
Four to six webinars a year is the sweet spot. Concept and setup are shared across all of them, so the cost per webinar drops. And your speakers get better every time they go on air.
A Retainer
We record on a fixed rhythm across the year. We know your people, your look, and your channels, so a briefing shrinks to a sentence. Our client Wenger Vieli has run three tax webinars a year with us since 2024, and we have worked with UNESCO regularly for over five years.

Where We Produce Your Webinar

At Your Premises
By default, we come to your office or headquarters and produce the webinar there.
Advantages:
- The webinar shows more of your culture and your brand
- Familiar ground for your speakers, which takes the edge off the nerves
- No travel time for you or your speakers
We bring cameras, lighting, sound, a live switcher, and a crew to you and build the set in your office. We work discreetly and interfere as little as possible.

In Our Zurich Studio
Our studio in Zurich is set up for webinars and ready when you need it.
Advantages:
- No interference with your daily business
- Up to four people on camera at once
- Consistent picture and sound quality
Our studio is 42 square meters. We have a range of furniture, props, and backdrops. We design a set once, for you and your brand, and every webinar after that looks the same.
How We Work
01
Production Concept
Together, we decide what the webinar is for, who speaks, which platform fits, how the recording gets used, and what has to be agreed on before production starts.
02
Production & Shoot
We prepare and execute: setup, rehearsal, cameras, sound, lighting, streaming, live direction, and recording.
03
Asset Package
You receive the finished files: a high-quality recording the next day, clips, subtitles, photos, and other agreed deliverables.
The Campaign Around the Webinar
Your speakers are good and the hour will be worth watching. Whether the right people show up is decided weeks earlier.
We plan and run that part too: what the webinar promises and who itโs for, the copy for the registration page and the invitations, and the reminders in the days before the live date. Afterwards, the recording, the clips, and the answers to the questions from the chat go out to everyone who registered.
Campaign work is what Stefanie did at Namics and Ogilvy before she founded EVERYWOW. When itโs part of the engagement, itโs planned alongside the production, so the same people write the promise and direct the webinar.
