Partnering with EVERYWOW

What You Get With Our Event Filming Service

A Film in Your Style

The colors and the on-screen text follow your brand guidelines. What goes into the film follows your priorities.

You Choose the Music

We send you a shortlist before the event, and you pick the track. Music sets the mood of the whole film.

The Aftermovie

90 seconds to three minutes, cut to the music you chose. You can publish it the day it reaches you.

10+ Videos From One Event

The aftermovie, speaker and highlight clips, customer testimonials, and vertical versions for social media. Every channel gets its own version.

The Moments You Can’t Restage

The sentence people quote afterwards, the audience reactions, the product in someone’s hands. We agree in advance which moments matter.

Your Guests Won’t Notice Us

We film inside your schedule, without stopping anything or moving anyone. Speakers and guests get the event they came for.

EVERYWOW team planning an event production concept

Strategy Before We Film

The production concept comes before the shoot. It sets what the film has to do afterwards: reach the people who were not at the venue or sell next year’s edition.

We start with an interview: your priorities, your brand, and what the videos have to achieve. Also, you send us your brand materials. And from both we build the music shortlist and a theme for the aftermovie. Depending on the scope, we also design the animations that run on the screens at your event.

Event Aftermovies That Made an Impact

Our results speak for themselves.

A 1,000-Person Summit in Two Minutes

DFINITY unveiled Internet Computer 2.0 at their flagship event of the year. 1,000 people were there, and we covered the day with nine cameras. The two-minute film is what everyone else saw. We’ve made more than 100 videos for DFINITY.

A Launch Day, One Brand Film

Caffeine, an AI platform that builds apps, launched at a one-day event in San Francisco, with 50,000 people watching the livestream. The aftermovie is cut fast, over the voiceover from the launch presentation.

FAQ

Good to Know

How Do We Know the Film Will Look Like Us?

We set the direction before filming. We start with your priorities, brand materials, audience, and what the videos must do. From that, we prepare the music shortlist, visual references, and shot list for your approval.

The crew arrives knowing which moments, people, and brand details matter. The edit follows the same approved direction rather than imposing a generic event-film style.

Can You Record the Talks as Well?

Yes. The aftermovie and full talk recordings can share part of the production, but they have different jobs:

AftermovieFull talk recordings
Shows the experience, people, atmosphere, and important momentsPreserves each keynote, panel, or session as a separate video
Uses selected statements and short scenesIncludes the complete presentation and its slides
Is usually one part of the event campaignCreates a publication library from the program

We review the agenda and show which cameras, audio feeds, and editing work can be shared.

How Long Until We Receive the Aftermovie?

One to two weeks after the event is typical. The schedule depends on the number of videos, review process, music approval, and any subtitles or language versions.

When you need same-day material for social media, we can plan a separate set of quick selects or clips rather than rushing the main film.

Can We Use Music We Already Have?

Sometimes. The license must cover the video, territories, channels, and length of use you need. A track licensed for an event or social post may not cover a brand film or paid campaign.

Send us the track and license. We’ll check whether it fits the production or prepare a licensed shortlist in the agreed style.

What Does an Event Film Cost?

One aftermovie from a one-day event is a smaller production than coverage across several venues or a package with full talk recordings and same-day social clips. The number of finished videos is usually the main difference in the editing work.

Tell us about the event and how the videos will be used. We’ll propose the asset package and send a fixed quote, including all feedback rounds.
