A Video Keynote, Seen by 43,000
DFINITY had a year of progress to report. Seven of its leaders delivered it to camera, and EVERYWOW built the keynote around them, from the set to the final cut.
At a Glance
EVERYWOW turned DFINITY’s yearly update into the ICP World Computer Show: a video keynote made to the standard of a global product launch, concept to delivery in three weeks.

DFINITY
The Swiss foundation building the Internet Computer
The Challenge They Came With
DFINITY, the foundation building the Internet Computer, wanted to show what it had built: growth, research milestones, and where the Internet Computer was heading. They wanted the level the big Silicon Valley companies reach with a high glossy product keynote.
- The update had to feel like a milestone.
- Seven leaders had to appear as one coherent keynote.
- Every frame had to hold up on DFINITY’s aspiration.
- The set, the look, and the animation did not exist yet.
- Only three weeks, from concept to finished video.

Target Group
The video keynote show speaks to the people who decide whether to build their future on the Internet Computer.
- Developers and technical builders
- Founders and teams evaluating the platform
- Institutions and partners tracking the project
- Technology press and analysts

What Makes It an Outstanding Show
It opens on a custom made animation, built around the keynote’s own story, that sets the tone before anyone speaks.
The same look runs through the animation, the set, the slides, and the sound, so 40 minutes of seven different people still plays as one big product keynote.
How It Runs
DFINITY had the content and the speakers. EVERYWOW built everything else, and DFINITY trusted the plan enough to sign off without needing to see how it was prepared.
What DFINITY Does
- Set the structure with us
- Fill in the content and details
- Provide the seven speakers
- Review and approve
What EVERYWOW Does
- Shape the structure with DFINITY
- Creation of the «World Computer» look with DFINITY’s Creative Director
- Build the animation, slide and motion design, and sound
- Integrate their existing slides and videos
- Design and build the set
- Direct and film the speakers over three days
- Edit, run the review, and deliver on time
Before Recording
Production Concept
We shape the video show before anyone films.
Structure & Story
We set the running order with DFINITY, then fold in their slides and video from earlier material.
Brand & Animation
We build the show’s look and the opening animation around the keynote’s own story.
On the Day
Recording & Production
We build the set, then shoot.

One Set, Four Days
One day to build the set. Three days filming the leaders, two at a time, in whatever order they were free.
Moving Camera
Every shot on a dolly. The hard part is movement smooth enough to composite a world onto.
The Finished Show
Asset Delivery
We edit, review, and hand over.
Reviewed to the Frame
The client comments pinned to the exact second, so sign-off is precise and quick.
The Deliverables
Delivered on the date, ready to publish.
- The finished keynote
- 12 shorts and reels for social
- Published to YouTube and X

Who’s on Camera
DFINITY leaders front the show: the founder, the CTO, the business and growth leads, and the people running engineering. Only a few are natural on camera.
So we prepare them: a briefing meeting, coaching, and a rehearsal before the shoot. The rest is the edit. The right takes and tight cutting turn a stiff first run into someone worth watching.

The Hard Part
Three weeks was the schedule for this video keynote: a set to build, a brand to evolve, an animation, seven executives to film, and the edit, all to a fixed publish date.
It worked because DFINITY signed off the plan early and let us run. Once the concept and the look were locked, every remaining hour went into the video.
- A set and LED wall built in a day
- Seven executives cut into one flow
- Concept to finished film in three weeks
What Came Out of It
The ICP World Computer Show went out on DFINITY’s channels: 40 minutes that were watched 43,000 times.
It was also the public debut of DFINITY’s evolved «World Computer» brand. From the same shoot we cut 12 shorts and reels, so the keynote kept working across social long after the day.
EVERYWOW has produced more than 100 videos for DFINITY, and the work keeps growing.
