Where We Produce Your Keynote

At Your Premises

We build the keynote stage in your own auditorium or offices.

Advantages:

  • Your building and your brand in the picture
  • No venue to hire and nothing to book around
  • Your speakers are already there

At Your Venue

We build the keynote into the venue you have booked: stage, screens, cameras, and the live cut.

Advantages:

  • Stage and screens designed for the space
  • An audience in front of the speaker
  • Streamed live, so the people who are not on site see it too

In Our Zurich Studio

We build a set in our Zurich studio and film the keynote section by section.

Advantages:

  • Every section filmed in a controlled environment
  • The same picture and sound from the first section to the last
  • No date at a venue to work around

FAQ

Good to Know

Does the Keynote Need a Live Audience?

No. We can film the presentation in sections without an audience and build the finished keynote in the edit. DFINITY’s World Computer Show was produced this way and reached 43,000 views.

When there is an audience, we can produce and livestream the keynote so people outside the venue see it as it happens.

Do We Need a Finished Script or Deck?

No. A partial deck, page of notes, or clear announcement is enough to start. We shape the story, write and design the material, rehearse it with the speaker, and prepare the production.

Existing slides and brand assets remain useful inputs, but the executive does not need to finish the presentation before contacting us.

How Far Ahead Do We Need to Book?

Four weeks is the fastest complete production in the current record. More time lets the executive and production specialists review the story and rehearse it properly.

Send us the event or publication date. We’ll tell you what fits and plan the work backwards from it.

How Much Executive Time Does This Take?

About eight hours in total for story sessions, rehearsals, and recording. We prepare the script, deck, visuals, and production between those sessions.

The proposal maps the executive time before the project starts, so assistants and internal teams can protect the required slots without leaving the schedule open-ended.

What Does a Video Keynote Cost?

A keynote filmed in the studio has a different production from one presented and livestreamed at an event. Story development, presentation design, and motion graphics can be included in either format.

Tell us about the announcement and timing. After a story call, we’ll recommend the format and send a fixed quote that includes every feedback round.
