Event Communication

When an EVERYWOW Event Shoot Fits

Marketing and Social

You need a steady supply of images for LinkedIn, campaigns, and the website, and the event is the best place to get them.

Next-Event Promotion

You want photos that show a full room and engaged people, so the next edition is easier to sell to attendees and speakers.

Speaker and Brand

Speakers, leaders, and the brand need to look credible in every photo that goes out after the event.

Press and Coverage

Media, partners, and your own newsroom need clean, usable images on short notice.

The Photos You Can Use

You spend months on the speakers, the agenda, and the room. Then the photos come back: the CEO mid-blink, the keynote shot from behind a pillar, faces half in shadow, a room that looks empty. Nothing anyone wants to put their name on, so the event disappears instead of feeding content for months.

Good photos are not luck. They come from an eye for the frame and a photographer who gets into the action instead of staying polite at the back. At a one-day event we shoot 1,500 to 2,000 frames and post-produce only the ones that work, so faces, framing, and light all hold up.

Strategy Before the Shoot

We don’t show up and shoot whatever happens. We start with a short production concept that tells the photographer what the images need to do afterwards, before anyone steps into the room with a camera.

Before the event we agree the shot list: the stage moments to lock down, the atmosphere and reactions to catch, the portraits you want, and which people and partners need to be in the frame. We sort out access, the run of show, and how the files get delivered, so on the day the photographer is in the right spot.

Our Clients

10+ Town-Hall Webcasts

for Syntegon

Syntegon is the global leader in processing and packaging technology — a group with €1.75 billion revenue, trusted by manufacturers including Ritter Sport, Mars, and Nordmark.

For over two years we have executed Syntegon’s global executive committee town-hall webcasts with stage design, live streaming to Microsoft Teams, live interpretation, and event production.

2 Speakers

for ING

ING is one of Europe’s largest banks, with leadership visits that need to reach employees across the region without losing the feel of being in the room.

We ran the end-to-end livestream of the town hall for a European leader visit, with two speakers on-site and the broadcast carrying the moment to everyone who could not be there.

What We Handle

Event photos have to be ready for the channels and campaigns that come after the event.

Photo Scoping

We confirm event date, venue, schedule, key sessions, the shots you need, and how the files will be delivered.

Stage and Speakers

We photograph keynotes, panels, presentations, and Q&A so speakers and the stage look credible.

Atmosphere and Emotion

We capture how the room felt: the laugh during a talk, the focused listening, and the conversations that keep going.

On-Site Direction

We get in close for faces and reactions, and read the room to be in the right spot before each moment, without getting in the way.

Editing and Delivery

We select and edit the strongest frames and deliver a clean set of images in the formats your team uses, with rush delivery when needed.

Usage Formats

We prepare photos for social media, press, campaign pages, internal channels, and website use.

03

FAQ

Good to Know

Do you also do event video?

Yes. We produce event documentation, event marketing videos, and town hall webcasts, and photography can run alongside any of them on the same day. If you want both, we plan the camera and photo coverage together so neither gets in the other’s way.

Can we get some photos the same day?

Yes. We can deliver a first set of edited selects during or right after the event when that is part of the scope, so marketing can post without waiting.

Who owns the rights to the photos?

You do. The images are yours to use across marketing, social, press, the website, and internal channels. We agree on any usage details before the event.

How many photos do we get?

At a one-day event we shoot 1,500 to 2,000 frames and deliver a post-produced selection of 60 to 100 images, not the full card. You get the frames worth using.

Can you cover speakers, audience, and portraits?

Yes. We plan the shot list around the moments you need: stage, speakers, audience, atmosphere, partner moments, leadership portraits, and details from the venue.

What does it cost?

It depends on event length, number of photographers, venue, and edit scope. Request a quote and we will give you a clear scope.
