The Motion-Graphics Animation That Launched DFINITY’s ICP Alliance
DFINITY was launching a new partner program on a fixed date. They sent the script; we turned it into the finished animation in under three days.
At a Glance
DFINITY needed a launch animation for the ICP Alliance, their new implementation-partner program. They delivered the script; EVERYWOW built the whole animation in under 3 days.

The Challenge They Came With
DFINITY was launching the ICP Alliance, a new program for the firms that build on the Internet Computer, and the launch had a fixed date. They had written the message. What they needed was that message turned into a finished animation, fast.
- The animation had to be ready within 3 days.
- DFINITY had the copy but not the visual treatment.
- It had to sit inside the DFINITY brand and look polished.

Target Group
The animation speaks to the firms DFINITY wants building on the Internet Computer.
- Consultancies and advisory firms
- Software development shops and system integrators
- Technical founders and solution providers
- Teams evaluating a platform for sovereign cloud and enterprise apps
- A global audience of prospective implementation partners

From Their Script to the Screen
DFINITY delivered the script, the words they wanted on screen. Everything that moves is EVERYWOW’s.
We built the visual narrative, the kinetic typography, the motion graphics, and the sound, all on DFINITY’s brand.
The script moved fast. It runs through the market the Alliance is chasing: sovereign cloud, digital assets, and the cost of cyber-security, then the four pillars behind the program. We gave each figure and each pillar its own beat.
How It Runs
DFINITY brought the script and the final sign-off. Everything in between was ours.
What DFINITY Does
- Deliver the script
- Review the video
What EVERYWOW Does
- Turn the script into a visual narrative and storyboard
- Design the look on DFINITY’s brand
- Kinetic typography and motion graphics
- Sound design and music
- The finished animation, delivered for launch
From the Script
Production Concept
We turn the approved copy into a piece that plays.
The Script
DFINITY delivers the exact copy they want on screen.
Visual Narrative
We shape the copy into a story that moves, scene by scene.
Design on Their Brand
We build the motion language on DFINITY’s brand, so nothing is invented from scratch.
Building It
Design & Animation
Everything on screen is built, timed, and scored.

Kinetic Type & Motion Graphics
Every line is animated and timed to read, with small supporting animations throughout.
Sound & Music
Sound design and a modified royalty-free track, scored to the cut. No voiceover.
Two Feedback Rounds
DFINITY reviews; we fold in two rounds without moving the date.
On the Date
Delivery
The finished animation, handed over for launch.
Delivered Ready to Launch
One master animation, on the date.
- A 72-second master animation
- Built on the DFINITY brand
- Delivered for the fixed launch date
- Published to YouTube and X
The Hard Part
A finished, on-brand animation, built from a text script in under 3 days, with two rounds.
A team of three built it: one animator, one producer, one on sound. Because DFINITY’s brand was already defined, none of the short window went into inventing a look; it went into the animation itself.
- A three-person team: one animator, one producer, one on sound
- Built on DFINITY’s brand, so the time went into the work, not the look
- Two feedback rounds closed, still on the date
What Came Out of It
The animation was ready for the date and launched the ICP Alliance as «Lead the Next Web», published on DFINITY’s channels. It is still the piece that introduces the program to a prospective partner in about a minute.
It is one part of a wider relationship. EVERYWOW has produced more than 100 videos for DFINITY, and the work keeps growing.
