An 80-Leader Summit Produced as One Flawless Broadcast Day

Syntegon gathered its 80 most senior leaders for a full-day summit. We turned a Stuttgart cinema into a branded broadcast stage and ran the day without a glitch.

At a Glance

Syntegon brought its top 80 global leaders to Stuttgart for an eight-hour summit. EVERYWOW designed the stage, ran the live multi-camera broadcast, patched in a Harvard professor from afar, and delivered the aftermovie and segment videos.

What We Made

The live broadcast day, plus an aftermovie and segment videos

The Challenge They Came With

Syntegon’s executive committee had its 80 most senior global leaders in one room for one day, and needed them to leave aligned. That is a communication task before it is a production one: the day had to feel like a genuine moment. So we built and ran it as a live broadcast.

  • An eight-hour agenda with no second take.
  • A Harvard professor joining live remotely, who had to read the room and answer questions.
  • A venue with no mobile reception, and a remote link that had to hold for hours.
  • Every session filmed cleanly to become an aftermovie and segment videos.

Who’s on Camera

Syntegon’s executive committee and its 80 senior leaders, on stage in front of their own peers, and a Harvard professor joining live from thousands of kilometers away.

A calm setup and a team that has done this before, so leaders concentrate on what they came to say instead of the production around them. The professor on the remote link had to feel just as present as anyone in the room.

How It Ran

EVERYWOW took the whole production: the stage, the technology, the live direction, and the edit. Syntegon brought its leaders and the agenda; everything around them was ours.

What Syntegon Did

  • Brought the leaders and set the agenda
  • Signed off on the look and the run-of-show

What EVERYWOW Did

  • Venue design: staging, lighting, branded materials, and a laser show
  • Dedicated internet installation for a venue with no reception
  • Five-camera setup and live direction across every session
  • Real-time slide management and adaptive cueing
  • Remote-speaker integration with natural sight lines and clean two-way audio
  • Aftermovie and segment videos, edited and handed over

Before the Day

Production Concept

We designed the day before anyone arrived.

Stage & Look

The cinema redesigned into a branded Syntegon stage: staging, lighting, branded materials, and a laser show.

Run-of-Show & Cameras

The eight-hour agenda mapped to a camera plan and a slide flow, so every session had a shot and a cue.

Remote Speaker, Solved Early

A dedicated internet line installed and the remote session configured, so the Harvard speaker would hold in a venue with no reception.

On the Day

Recording & Production

An eight-hour day, directed live.

Five Cameras, Cut Live

Five cameras on every session, cut live, with slides re-cued in real time.

The Room Never Waits

The Harvard professor patched in to take questions from the room, with no lag for anyone to notice.

After

Asset Delivery

We edited the day into assets Syntegon could keep using.

The Deliverables

Handed over, ready to share.

  • Aftermovie of the day
  • Segment videos per session
  • Colour and sound finished
  • Ready to share and reuse internally

The Hard Part

The venue had no mobile reception.

So we didn’t rely on the building. We installed a dedicated internet line, configured the remote session for natural sight lines, and tuned the two-way audio until the professor could hear a question and answer it without a delay. Over eight live hours, nobody in the room had to think about the technology.

  • We plan for the venue that fails, not the one on the brochure
  • Two-way audio tuned so remote feels like in-room
  • Eight hours live, nothing for the room to notice

What Came Out of It

The summit ran the full eight hours without a fault, and the stage drew strong feedback from the room.

Afterwards, the day became an aftermovie and a set of segment videos, and Syntegon could share and reuse internally.

This is part of an ongoing run of global town hall livestreams and leadership summits EVERYWOW has produced for Syntegon.
