A Conference Livestream That Extended SWISS FUND DAY’s Reach
SWISS FUND DAY filled the Aura event venue in Zurich with 300 of Switzerland’s fund and asset management leaders. EVERYWOW’s livestream put the conference in front of 500 more.

SWISS FUND DAY is where the industry meets once a year, from the perspective of practitioners. For 2022, the organizers wanted it to reach more people. So it ran as a hybrid conference, produced by EVERYWOW.

Who’s on Camera
The industry’s own speakers on the SWISS FUND DAY stage, and the moderator. These are the practitioners the community comes to hear.
A conference speaker is not a studio guest: a short window with the moderator, no rehearsal with the speakers. EVERYWOW’s videography and live direction did the work briefing usually does, so remote viewers saw a broadcast, not a recording of a room.

The Hard Part
One conference, two audiences. The 300 in the Aura venue have the stage and each other. The 500 watching remotely have a screen.
So the broadcast had to earn the remote audience. The cameras stayed with the speaker, and the stream held quality throughout. Neither audience was the afterthought.
