Investor Call & Results Webcast Production
Your results go out from our Zurich studio, with the analyst call run by an operator. Send us the date and you get back a scope with a number in it.

What You Get
A results day is four things at once: the webcast, the portal, the analyst and media calls, and the replay. We run them as one job.
Produced in a Studio
Three cameras cut live, a set your executives sit on, lit for camera, with a teleprompter and confidence monitor.
Figures That Stay Readable
The video runs beside a synchronized slide pane, so the numbers stay legible at full resolution while the speaker stays on screen.
Your Own Portal
A branded portal for the webcast, with a registration form and your documents beside the video.
Analyst and Media Calls, Operated
A specialist provider runs the calls under our coordination, with the call audio mixed into the webcast and the studio.
The Presentation, Recorded the Day Before
Record it in the studio, review the first edit that evening, and play the finished version in the next morning with the questions live around it.
Replay, Transcript, Analytics
The replay and video on demand, indexed by section, with a resources area for the report and the release, the transcript, and an analytics report.

Recorded Tuesday, Live Wednesday
Your chief financial officer gets a second look at the number. The analysts get the same courtesy.
Your executives come to the studio the day before and record the presentation. You review the first edit that evening, and we finish it overnight. The next morning it plays into the live webcast, and the Q&A runs live around it.
The questions are the unscripted half and they stay that way: live, unedited, and in the order the operator queues them. What changes is where the preparation goes, into the answers rather than into another pass over the segment-margin slide. If your board wants the presentation live too, we produce it live.
Studio or Venue
Our Standing Set
Already built and already lit, with your logo on the screen behind the speakers. Nothing to design and nothing to build, so scoping it takes a call and a visit.
A Set in Your Brand
Backdrop, screen and lectern designed and built to measure in your own materials and colours, then kept for the next reporting date.
At a Venue You Book
When the results have to be presented somewhere specific, we bring the production to you.
Settled Before the Date
Before anything is built we write the production concept: every decision the reporting day depends on.
- Who presents, in what order, and who takes which questions
- What is recorded the day before and what stays live
- Which slides we get, from whom, and when they are locked
- Who is invited, how they register, and what they can download
- Whether analysts ask by phone, in writing or both
- Who signs off the replay, and how quickly it goes up
- Who from your side is with us in the control room on the day
- And a fallback for every one of them
The Run-Up
When each piece lands, counting back from the reporting date.
Two Months Out
The production concept is agreed, and the portal is specified: who is invited, what they can download, how questions come in.
One Month Out
Registration opens. The portal goes live under your brand and the invitations go out.
Two Weeks Out
Graphics and the run of show are finished, and we run the technical rehearsal and the connectivity test.
The Day Before
Your executives record the presentation. You review the first edit that evening, we finish it overnight, and the reminder goes to everyone registered.
The Day
Crew call and setup, operator tests on the analyst and media lines, then live. The media call follows.
After
The replay and the transcript go up, and the analytics report follows.
Live Events Weβve Produced

What We Handle
From the first planning call to the analytics report afterwards.
Portal and Registration
We build and run the branded portal: registration, access links, reminders, and your report and press release in the resources area.
Studio Production
Three cameras cut live from our control room, lighting, teleprompter and confidence monitor, and the audio run by our own crew.
Slide Sync and Graphics
The slide pane, the lower thirds and the on-screen content, checked against your final deck.
Call Coordination
We brief the operator, run the line tests beforehand, and mix the call audio into the webcast and the studio.
Edit Overnight
The recorded presentation is cut and reviewed with you that evening, finished overnight, and ready to play the next morning.
Replay and Reporting
The replay topped and tailed, the transcript, the analytics, and hosting for an agreed period.
