Corporate Livestreaming

What Professional Livestreaming Requires

Two Audiences at Once

The room and the remote viewers both have to get a good experience, and the stream is where most events fall apart.

No Margin for Error

It is live. Audio, transitions, and a recovery plan for when the stream drops all have to be decided before, not improvised on the day.

Speakers on Camera

Presenting to a room is not presenting to a camera. Speakers need preparation so they reach the people watching from a screen.

Platform Decisions

Streaming to Microsoft Teams, Zoom, YouTube, or a custom platform from a stage takes someone who has done it, not a decision made under time pressure.

Slides That Work on Screen

Slides built for a projector rarely read on a stream. The visuals need to be designed for the viewer at home.

One Shared Picture

When organizers and the production team do not share the same picture of what the event should look like on screen, the result misses. We close that gap.

When the Stream Falls Apart

Your event is planned. Agenda set, speakers confirmed. Somewhere between the conference and the remote audience, the experience falls apart.

Audio that sounds like a speakerphone. Speakers presenting to the room, not the camera. Transitions nobody rehearsed. When the stream drops, there is no recovery plan.

The gap is communication. When organizers and production teams don’t share the same picture of what the event should look like on screen, the result doesn’t match expectations. Most teams have no reference point for what professional livestream production requires, so the decisions get made under time pressure, and that is where quality breaks down.

One Partner, the Full Chain

We handle everything from concept to broadcast and post-event content, and we step in wherever you need us.

Strategy, speaker preparation, slides, and multi-camera production come as one integrated service, not five vendors who each blame the others when something breaks. Already have the concept and only need a production partner? We take it from production-only to the full chain. Either way, one team owns the result on screen.

Selected Work

25000 Virtual Viewers

for DFINITY

DFINITY runs the Internet Computer, one of the most-watched blockchain projects, with a global developer and investor audience that follows every keynote live.

We produced the keynote livestream for DFINITY’s annual conference: 1,000 people on-site and 25,000 watching virtually, all from one broadcast feed that had to hold up in front of a technical crowd that notices every glitch.

80 Top Leaders

for Syntegon

Syntegon is the global leader in processing and packaging technology, a group trusted by manufacturers including Ritter Sport, Mars, and Nordmark.

For the Global Top 80 Leaders summit we handled stage design, content concept, livestream, and the full event production of a full-day program with remote speakers joining the room on screen.

2 Speakers

for ING

ING is one of Europe’s largest banks, with leadership visits that need to reach employees across the region without losing the feel of being in the room.

We ran the end-to-end livestream of the town hall for a European leader visit, with two speakers on-site and the broadcast carrying the moment to everyone who could not be there.

What We Produce

Here are the livestream formats we produce most. We also take on custom productions. If your event doesn’t fit one of these, tell us and we’ll scope it with you.

We step in wherever you need us, from production-only to the full chain.

What We Handle

Format and Run-of-Show

We scope the event with you: format, platform, audience, speakers, and a documented run-of-show.

Speaker Preparation

We coach the people on stage for the camera and the broadcast, including remote speakers joining on screen.

Slides and Stage Design

We help build slides that read on screen and design the stage setup for both the room and the stream.

Multi-Camera Production

We run cameras, sound, lighting, and live direction on-site, with our own equipment or integrated with your venue.

The Live Stream

We manage the broadcast feed to Teams, Zoom, YouTube, or your platform, with two-way Q&A and a recovery plan.

Post-Event Content

We deliver the archive recording and clips ready for your intranet, channels, and the people who couldn’t attend.

How We Work

01

Define

We scope the event together: format, platform, audience, speakers, and run-of-show. You leave with a production plan and every technical decision documented.

02

Prepare

Speaker coaching, slides finalized, stage setup designed. Rehearsal scope depends on your need. Every system is confirmed before it starts.

03

Produce

Multi-camera production with live direction and stream management to Teams, Zoom, YouTube, or a custom platform. After the event, delivery of high-quality videos.

EVERYWOW Bonuses

Archive Recording

A polished recording of your event, delivered within days, ready for your intranet, internal distribution, or public channels.

Event Photos

Speakers on stage, audience moments, behind the scenes. Ready for internal communications, social media, or your next event invitation.

Repurposable Clips

Short cuts from the broadcast, ready to post, so a single event keeps working across your channels for weeks.

A Format You Keep

A documented setup and run-of-show your team can reuse, so the next event starts from a working template instead of scratch.

FAQ

Good to Know

Our event is in three weeks. Is that enough time?

Usually, yes. A town hall can be fully produced in about a week, from strategy through execution. Larger conferences need four to six weeks. We’ll tell you what’s realistic in the first conversation. If it’s urgent, call us.

How does pricing work?

Tell us what you’re planning and we’ll put together a proposal that fits your event and your budget. A professional town hall livestream starts at a few thousand francs. Larger conferences with multiple cameras and remote speakers cost more.

Can you work with our existing AV setup?

Yes. We bring our own equipment or integrate with what’s already on site. For established venues, we coordinate with the on-site AV team and add the broadcast production layer.

Which platforms can you stream to?

Microsoft Teams, Zoom, YouTube, and custom platforms, streamed straight from the stage. We handle the technical integration so the feed reaches your audience wherever they are.

Do you travel to our location?

We’re based in Zurich and produce most events in Switzerland. We also travel to your office, conference venue, or international location. We’ve produced livestreams in San Francisco, Singapore, and throughout Europe.

Can you produce just one part, not the whole chain?

Yes. If you already have the concept and only need a production partner, we step in for production alone. Or we take the full chain from format strategy through broadcast and post-event content.
