Event Coverage
Everything your corporate event needs to become content, presence, and proof. Captured on the day, built to work long after the doors close.
We define the assets your event has to produce, run the on-site capture and live production, and deliver films, clips, photos, and broadcasts that keep working after the event ends.
When EVERYWOW Event Coverage Fits
Conference or Summit
A multi-speaker event needs to be captured properly, not handed to one videographer shooting B-roll.
Hybrid Audience
Some people are in the room, others join remotely, and both groups need to experience the event fully.
Marketing Material
The event should produce ads, highlight films, and social clips, not one recap nobody watches twice.
Speaker and Keynote
A keynote or main-stage moment needs to survive as content with the energy it had live.
Sponsor Value
Sponsors need visible proof of their role, and your team needs material to secure the next ones.
Documentation and Proof
The organization needs a clean record of the event for stakeholders, reporting, or the next edition.
The Recap Nobody Watches
An event pulls speakers, sponsors, customers, and industry attention into one room. Most companies fail to capture that energy and lose it the moment people leave. They hire someone to shoot random footage. Weeks later a single generic recap arrives, set to upbeat music, showing people drinking coffee and clapping. It gets posted once, collects a few likes from employees, and is never used again. An event is a large investment. If the capture is not designed to produce specific assets, ads for your product, sponsor proof, keynote clips, photos for the press, the return ends when the doors close. The footage exists. None of it does anything.

Strategy Before Production

We start with the assets, not the camera. Before the event, we define what the day has to produce: the highlight film, the social clips, the keynote recording, the photography, the live broadcast for remote attendees. We plan the capture around those outputs so the crew is shooting toward a result instead of collecting footage and hoping.

Questions
Do you cover one event or a series?
Both. We produce single conferences and recurring event programmes. A recurring setup lets us reuse the plan and improve the capture each time.
Can you handle the live broadcast and the edited content?
Yes. We run the live production for remote attendees and capture the same event for highlight films, clips, and documentation. One partner holds the whole thing together.
What about photography?
Photography is part of event coverage. We deliver edited photos alongside the video so press, social, and internal teams have what they need.
How fast do we get the social clips?
We can prioritize selected clips for fast turnaround so the event keeps reach while it is current. The full edit follows after.
How far ahead do you need to plan?
The earlier the better. Asset planning before the event is what makes the capture work. We can still help with shorter notice, with a narrower scope.
What does it cost?
It depends on the event size, the number of cameras, the live production, the photography, and the deliverables. Request a quote and we will give you a clear scope.
