I founded EVERYWOW in 2020 because I wanted a better way to create professional video without losing the person in it. At the time, I was coming out of consulting and could already see the gap very clearly. Leaders were expected to communicate more often, but the process around them was usually rushed and not built to help them be good on camera.

The first EVERYWOW projects made that even clearer to me. People were pushed into recording too fast, with too little preparation, and then expected to look natural and convincing on camera. That rarely works.

The most convincing videos usually come from preparation, not spontaneity. Good executive communication is never only about filming. It is about preparation, message, timing, and helping someone feel like themselves in front of an audience.

That is still the part I love most. I like sitting with a leader, finding the sharp version of what they want to say, and turning that into something people can understand and trust.

EVERYWOW grew from that observation. What started as an idea became a company and a team built around calm execution when the stakes are high.

Running a company also feels natural to me. I grew up in an entrepreneurial family and registered my first business on my 18th birthday. So founding EVERYWOW did not feel like a dramatic leap. It felt like the next honest step.
