Meet
Victor Künzig
Senior Producer at EVERYWOW

Hi, I’m Victor and I’m a Senior Producer here at EVERYWOW, which means I cover the entire spectrum of a project. It starts with the conception and the organizational side—getting the shoot ready and coaching the talent—but it extends deep into post-production. That’s actually where I’m happiest. Collaborating with our editors, reviewing cuts, and integrating client feedback is where the project really comes alive. There is always a mystery between what was recorded and how it eventually looks and feels. You can completely change the energy or pacing in the edit, and watching that puzzle come together is something I find fascinating but, even more so, fun.

My path here wasn’t exactly a straight line. I actually started in software development as an engineer and later became a Product Owner and Project Manager—mostly by accident after stepping in for someone else who never took the position back (I’m looking at you, Stefanie). But while I was managing software projects by day, my real passion was always video.
I spent my free time making short films with friends (we even snagged a nomination at the Zurich Film Festival Shorts Competition) and running my own YouTube channel. I always dreamed of working in this industry; the closest I ever got was an IT job with the national broadcaster just to be closer to the action. So, when the opportunity at EVERYWOW came up—after Stefanie asked me for the third time—I decided it was time to finally follow that dream.
I love the scale here. In a smaller company, you don’t just do one thing; you do a bit of everything. From client communication to creative direction, all the way to the production itself, the range is huge. It’s challenging, but it keeps me on my toes on a daily basis.
But foremost, it’s the team. The people I work with turn those challenges into fun. Being part of this circle—and returning the favor by supporting them the best way I can—is what puts a smile on my face at the end of the day.
