Video-Series Production
Challenge
The Internet Computer Protocol represents a significant technical advancement in blockchain architecture. DFINITY needed a way to showcase this innovation to developers and Web3 enthusiasts and to break down concepts like cross-chain integrations, programming techniques, and real-world applications.
The audience is technical, and the content is complex. The speakers are senior engineers and researchers whose primary work is building technology, not presenting it. Creating a sustainable series meant finding a format that could maintain professional quality across dozens of episodes without consuming excessive expert time.
Solution
We developed Tech Talks as DFINITY’s flagship content series and built the production system to support it. Each episode follows a defined approach: how we cut, which motion graphics we use, and how they combine.
DFINITY handles topic selection and scripting. We provide on-site coaching during recording at the studio we built at their headquarters, then manage complete post-production. The system ensures consistency while keeping the total time investment at approximately four hours per episode, from speaker preparation through final review. As the series has grown, we’re expanding our role to include script development.
