Challenge
Syntegon’s Top 80 meeting is a high-stakes gathering. The executive committee addresses their most senior global leaders. Everything needs to reflect that level of significance: the environment, the technology, the execution.
This event ran for eight hours with no margin for error. A Harvard professor would join remotely for a live talk and Q&A, requiring seamless two-way communication so he could read the room, respond to questions, and engage naturally with the audience.
Solution
We took full ownership. We redesigned the cinema with custom staging, professional lighting, branded materials, and a laser show.
We installed dedicated internet and configured the remote session so the professor could see and hear the room naturally without echo, feedback, or delays. Five cameras captured everything. We handled slides and adapted to changes in real time.
